You are right about not ending the lawsuits. Now they will try to take the lawsuits to SCUS to have the law ruled unconstitutional on as many grounds as they can. Cases brought under laws like NYC passed will have to be decided and they will attack the law from a home rule side. The money that everyone will have to spend will be reduced but it will be a while before they go away.

And for those of you who have not seen it, go to handgun control's website, their heads are blowing up.

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" are currently banned as well. Another common bounce is any word containing the string "cialis" which means words such as socialism will be rejected. Try putting a hyphen into a word like that.
