Comments: Another Hmmm...

Oddly enough, I agree with the mostly liberal justices on this one. Not all foreign countries have the same due process as the USA & may not have the same determinations between misdemeanors & felonies.

Still, if I were the FBI or ATFE, I might put this guy on that super secret watch list.

I can't decide what I think either, but I think I agree with the liberal justices...

I know how I feel.

I can't wait until you can keep your gun rights in another state if the crime you were convicted of would be legal in the state you now reside in.

Own a .50 in California and you're a criminal, own a .50 in Tennessee and you're supporting a local business (think Barrett).

Uhh..

Not that the above applies to me. I'm just sayin'.

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" are currently banned as well. Another common bounce is any word containing the string "cialis" which means words such as socialism will be rejected. Try putting a hyphen into a word like that.
