Comments: HR 1528 -- Republican Insanity

If the Republican majority ended itself, I'm not sure that would be a bad thing. They're clearly not to be trusted.

You're right that this bill has gotten very little publicity. I don't recall it showing up in any of my news feeds.

If you're curious about this stuff, some blogs that tend to keep abreast of drug legislation are Grits for Breakfast, Drug War Rant, and Last One Speaks.

You're right; this has gotten zero press. Tyranny thrives when good people remain silent.

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" are currently banned as well. Another common bounce is any word containing the string "cialis" which means words such as socialism will be rejected. Try putting a hyphen into a word like that.
